Casa Flamingo is on the private residential area of Montana Roja (Red Volcano) in Playa Blanca; the villa is overlooked by the stunning, yet extinct volcano, and has magnificent views of the sea. The property has a private heated pool, Jacuzzi, a large terrace, with BBQ, sun filter hammocks and 3 large tan through parasols, the tan through umbrellas offer protection from the UBV rays that cause burning, but still allow you to tan without using cream.  There are 8 sun loungers, 8 patio chairs and 2 patio tables,

Inside the villa, there is a beautiful kitchen, lounge/diner, leading directly on to the sun terrace, as do 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit, this also acts as a heater, dehumidifier or air purifier for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather, these work on a meter system.

The property has a satellite TV, DVD and CD equipment, in the luxury fitted kitchen there is a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, full sized oven and all cooking utensils required. The washing machine is situated in the utility room, which also provides a large drying area; Towels and linen are provided and will be changed every week.

Rental Rates

Rental terms and further information

Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £85.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 8 adults and 1 child in Total. The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £75.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required. 

A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.  Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge.

All the bedrooms have pay as you go air-conditioning, heating, dehumidifying, air filtering units for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather, Ceiling fans are included in the basic villa price.

***NEW*** This villa now has a pool alarm facility.  The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa.  The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.

As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed

Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.

Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guests holiday.
Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.

***NEW TO THE VILLA.*** There is a luxurious Jacuzzi in the corner of the sun terrace, which is completely private, and can be booked as an extra for your holiday at £65.00 a week. To allow time for it to heat, be cleaned and the correct chemical balance provided, we will need to know, if this is to be required before your holiday.

A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices.  We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival. 

High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.

Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.

A Play station 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability).  However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
